We are pleased to announce that Insight interAsia is standing up the US pavilion once again for next year’s expo. “nano tech 2013″ is a bit earlier than in the past: 30 Jan to 01 Feb.
The 2012 expo saw nearly 50,000 attendees from Japan, Asia, and the rest of the world, with increased presence from the USA. In particular, Thailand, Taiwan, Spain, and Iran had significantly increased their presence in 2012 from 2011 and we expect even more growth in 2013.

The annual “nano tech” expo at Tokyo’s Big Sight convention center is the largest and most important nanotechnology event in the world. 50,000 visitors from Japan, Asia, and the rest of world attend this three-day event to see the latest technology developments and product releases.
Join the official US Pavilion and share space/infrastructure with NNI organizations, companies, and universities. InsightInterAsia and ATIP (Asian Technology Information Program) are cooperating with NNCO to support the Pavilion which will highlight US accomplishments and opportunities.

Floor space, wall space, and literature racks in the US pavilion. Approximately 20ft2 per organization is allotted.
Our bilingual staff in the pavilion to help with translations during the expo, or use your own staff if you wish
Introductions to key nanotech researchers and business leaders from Japan, Asia, and the rest of the world
Entrance to the main reception networking reception as part of the US pavilion table
Translation into Japanese of business cards for 1 staff member
Translation into Japanese of “1-pager” of company key points for display at booth
Translation into Japanese of organization summary to be included in expo directory
Help with translation of wall poster for the booth
Assist with hotel arrangements and travel advice
Country briefing by US embassy staff
Your staff are highly encouraged to attend the event. However, if you cannot attend then we will staff your space, explain your technology to visitors, pass out your literature, and collect visitors’ business cards, send the cards to you, and help you follow up with any leads.
Optional items:
1-day bus tour of Tokyo area nanotechnology research centers such as AIST, Waseda University, University of Tokyo, etc. The cost is estimated at $500 per attendee and requires at least 10 attendees to participate.
We can help to get you on the various speakers’ podiums to address the attendees (the conference organizers charge for this)
Assist you in arranging a conference room to hold private meetings with customers or to have a press conference to announce new products. The cost of rooms vary by size.
Arrange private business meetings off site (cost based on level of effort).
Advance briefings either by teleconference or in person in the US to plan the most effective approach to Asian collaboration or market issues (cost based on level of effort).
