Volker Heilmann is Senior Vice President at Matheson TriGas Inc., based in Longmont, Colorado. His responsibilities at Matheson TriGas include their Global SDS and Equipment / Purification businesses, as well as Corporate Research and Development.
Volker has over 25 years experience in the semiconductor materials, equipment and services industry. Prior to joining Matheson TriGas, he was VP and General Manager of start-up Bandgap Chemical Corporation, a leading producer of Tungsten Hexafluoride and Organometallic Compounds. Prior to that, he was VP of Worldwide Marketing & Sales for Leybold Materials of Morgan Hill, CA, a division of German-based Degussa AG, and a manufacturer of sputtering targets and other thin-film materials for the semiconductor and magnetic hard-disc markets.
Prof. Sul Kassicieh is the ASM Endowed Chair in Economic Development and Distinguished Professor of Management of Technology at the Anderson School of Management at the University of New Mexico. Sul is the founder of the Management of Technology program at the Anderson Schools which was ranked in the top 10 in the US (Journal of Product Innovation Management study by Linton).
Prof. Kassicieh is the developer of the UNM Business Plan Competition where student teams compete for $40K in annual prizes with a top prize of $25,000. He consults with a number of national and international organizations in areas such as economic development based on technology, technology commercialization, strategic planning and venture funding.
Dr. Dinesh Mehta is currently retired from a long and prestigious career in the semiconductor industry. Immediately prior to his retirement, he was the Executive Vice President and a member of the Office of the Chief Executive at Semiconductor Research Corporation. He was responsible for Research Technology Transfer, Research Contracting and Intellectual Property Management, Information Systems Management, Strategic and Business Planning, Marketing, Business Development, Public Relations, Technical Pool (Graduate) Development, Human Resources, Financial Management, and Customer Service and Support for SRC.
Dr. Mehta served on the Board of Directors of MARCO (Microelectronic Advanced Research Corporation), a subsidiary of the Semiconductor Research Corporation (SRC) responsible for managing the Focus Center Research Program, an initiative of the SIA (Semiconductor Industry Associate). He also served on the Board of Directors for NERC (Nanoelectronics Research Corporation), another subsidiary of SRC.
Prior to joining SRC in August of 1996, Mehta had a long, distinguished career with AT&T/Lucent Technologies/Bell Laboratories. He held senior executive level assignments in R&D, Manufacturing, Engineering, Product/Business Management, Information Management and Supply Line Management. He holds B.E. and M.S. degrees in Mechanical Engineering and M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Materials Science.
